We originally hired Carlos and his crew to design and install a flowerbed at our vacation home in North Tampa. They were professional and efficient and now they maintain my and a few of my neighbours' properties. I have recommended them to many friends and have always been impressed with how they go above and beyond for their clients.

The lawn has never looked better! I was hesitant to reach out at first because in the past I've worked with another lawn service and unfortunately I was disappointed but the quality of K&M's lawn service work exceeded my expectations. I hired K&M a few months ago to do a winter cleanup. I spoke with Carlos who seemed very knowledgeable and confident in their work. once they came and cleaned up they asked me about a full lawn maintenance package.I agreed to this package and have not been disappointed. I had mulch installed after the cleanup and since then they come regularly to mow my lawn, trim my bushes, do the edging around the property, weed control, and other tasks.When they pull up its always a great experience, everyone is in uniform and smiling, they are careful not to damage the property which has happened when working with other companies, and they move very quick.I recommend this company from service, professionalism, and communication. The prices are extremely fair too!

The crew at K&M are phenomenal. We had them do a major spring clean up in our front and back yard re-mulching our garden beds, clearing yard waste, trimming trees, adding new garden beds and more. We were in a time crunch to satisfy our HOA and Carlos and his team were such a pleasure to work with for a great price. We will continue to use them for weekly lawn service and our future landscaping needs. I highly recommend this company for anyone in the North Dale / Carrollwood area.
