This is the absolute best lawn care service available in Tampa and surrounding areas! They service 14 of our Tommys Express locations and keep our properties looking clean and professional at all times. The owner Carlos is easy to work with and has always kept his word. His crews always show up in full uniform with professional equipment. They do amazing special projects. You won’t be disappointed. Great company!

K&M Lawn Services came in and did an absolutely amazing job on our lawn here at Gulf Marine! Their team was professional, efficient, and paid great attention to detail. We are super happy with the results—our grounds have never looked better! Highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality lawn care. Thank you, K&M!

We use K&M for several of our WellMed and Optum properties and they do not disappoint.

Per one of the clinic administrators "Carlos is very professional – very approachable – and he and his Team are great – I can’t say enough good things about them...when we moved in here that since the grounds are so big and spread out that the landscaping was going to suffer but once K&M started taking care of us, they have kept the place looking brand new."

Carlos did a great job helping us remove our old shrubs as part of our exterior renovations. They were able to start quickly and completed the job very quickly and did a great job cleaning up afterwards.

I highly recommend Carlos and his team!!

I highly recommend K&M Lawn Services for anyone needing landscaping services. And I would also like to give a big thank you to Carlos, Adam and the rest of the crew for the great job they did designing and installing my new landscaping. The price was fair and the quality of work outstanding.

I was referred to K&M by a family member who had used them a couple of years ago and were very happy with their landscaping as well. A very professional and well-run business.

I have been using K&M lawn care services since last 4 years. The work ethics and efficiency of the team work is brilliant and perfect. I wouldn't have anyone other than them to take care of my garden.

Adam and Carlos are such a good team that I absolutely trust their suggestions and ideas. They go above and beyond to deliver what they promise. The best thing about them is they put customers first when it comes to garden care and needs.
I would highly recommend them for best price, efficacy, and most importantly honest work ethics.

5 stars for this team! I contacted K&M to clean up my landscaping for my large front and back yards and was very impressed with the results. Carlos was communicative and organized and was able to fit us in a week after I reached out. The pricing was very reasonable and in line with other quotes I got. There was a ton of cleanup and fine tuning required and his team did an excellent job. The best part is that his team is huge and this job only took 2 hours! Other quotes were going to take a full day or two. We’ll be using K&M going forward!

Carlos and team were great! I was so impressed by the care and attention they gave to the project. They went above and beyond to make sure our tree and roots were removed safely, planted several healthy and hearty palms, cleaned up our landscaping, installed sod and fixed irrigation issues. I honestly couldn’t recommend them more! We are already thinking of the next project to work with them on.
